Founder and Principal Financial Advisor

I find immense satisfaction in educating clients about complex financial concepts and helping them gain confidence in their financial decisions. Watching clients grow in their understanding and take control of their financial futures is incredibly rewarding. I value the opportunity to form long-lasting, trust-based partnerships and take great pleasure in being a part of my clients' financial journeys.

In September of 1998, my wife Kim and I moved in together in Clermont, FL. After getting married in 2000, we were excited to build a life together. However, tragedy struck that October when we were both almost killed in a horrific car accident. The aftermath was catastrophic, both physically and financially, and we spent our days learning to walk again, reading, and talking. During this challenging time, we felt a strong calling to help others. This feeling was only strengthened when the tragedy of 9/11 occurred, and we witnessed many friends, family, and colleagues experience unprecedented financial stress. Encouraged by Kim, I decided to pursue my passion for helping others in a way that would lessen the pain of unexpected tragedies. With my family's support, I embarked on the journey of becoming a financial advisor.

I was born in Memphis, TN, in 1976 and moved to Dayton, OH, when I was just 8 months old. Growing up in Dayton, I enjoyed many activities with my grandparents that expanded my understanding of the world. We often visited places like the Air Force Museum, Carillon Park, and Marion's Pizza. My education spanned both public and private schools, allowing me to develop a unique and inclusive perspective of people and community. This understanding of diversity was further broadened when I was selected for the Walt Disney World College Program in the fall of 1996.

Today, Kim and I live in Clermont, Florida, where she works alongside me as our marketing manager. We love the community we call home and are deeply involved in various local events, such as the Teacher Appreciation Breakfast, the Christmas Parade, and the 4th of July's Red, White, & Boom. These deep roots in the community and our focus on treating each client as a member of the family have led to the creation of Reed Family Wealth Services.
